Download the SEPHIENCE Prescription Start Form and bring it to your next appointment. It’s designed to help you and your healthcare provider decide if SEPHIENCE is a good fit for your phenylketonuria (PKU) management.
We’ve got you covered
Your Case Manager (Insurance Coverage & Support): Helps you and your doctor work through the process of gaining and continuing coverage of SEPHIENCE—works with insurance on prior authorizations and appeals, connects you to financial assistance (if eligible), and coordinates with the patient support team should 
questions arise.


Your Patient Support Specialist (Helps you Start and Stay on Track): Available to patients at any time during 
their journey on SEPHIENCE. Answers clinical questions based on our approved Prescribing Information, assists 
with dosing and administration questions, adherence, and provides tips for taking SEPHIENCE as prescribed.

How we can help with PKU treatment costs
Our Case Managers explore various options to help access the PKU medication your healthcare provider prescribes. PTCĀ Therapeutics offers several programs to help those enrolled in PTC Cares.
The Copay Assistance Program*ā€
May help qualified families who have commercial insurance get help covering 
out-of-pocket costs associated with treatment. Patients who qualify may pay as little as $0 copay.
The Bridge Program*
May provide patients currently on a PTC medication with a temporary supply free of charge while they await verification of insurance coverage.
Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
May help patients without insurance,
who are eligible, get access to treatment.
*Low to no out-of-pocket costs for most patients who qualify.
